Improve the health and well-being of the communities we serve through providing access to excellent care and advancing medical education.
Our History
Innercare is a private, non-profit organization providing an array of comprehensive primary care services to residents throughout Imperial and Riverside Counties. Innercare is a Federally Qualified Health Center and a deemed Federal Public Health Service (PHS) employee. In 1970, Innercare became a federally funded migrant health center in the United States.
Today, Innercare operates ten health clinics, six dental clinics, three pharmacies, three Women, Infant and Children Nutrition (WIC) Education Centers, six WIC voucher distribution sites and one Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).
We are dedicated to providing excellent care, delivering a high level of customer service, and upholding services with uncompromising adherence to the highest standard of moral and ethical conduct. All clinics have bilingual and bi-cultural staff to assist patients.
Health Services
Innercare accepts most insurances, Medi-Cal, and Medicare and offers a
discounted fee for patients who qualify.
Adult Care
Our Adult Care services include sick and well exams, chronic disease management, physicals, and more.
Women’s Health
Our full service Women’s Health clinics offer prenatal care, cervical and breast cancer screening, and more.
Specialty Services
Our Specialty Services include pediatric neurology, orthopedics, rheumatology, and more.
Telehealth
Our Telehealth services include dermatology, psychiatry, and retinal exams.
