Retinal Screening

Retinal screening is part of the Store and Forward model. Retinal screening is recommended for patients with diabetes. A digital retinography system allows certified Innercare technicians to administer the retinal screening and send the images to specialists at the University of California, Berkeley. Innercare receives results within 24 hours and refers patients with abnormal results to a specialist.

Teledermatology

Teledermatology is available due to a partnership with Direct Dermatology. A clinician sends pictures of skin conditions to dermatologists via the internet. The specialist returns a diagnostic result within 48 hours.

Telepsychiatry

Telepsychiatry connects patients with mental health providers using video technology.

Pediatric telepsychiatry is available due to a partnership with Open Door Health. Pediatric telepsychiatry is available by referral only at most of our clinics. Please call your local clinic for more information.

Adult telepsychiatry is available by referral at all our clinics.
