These Website Terms of Use govern your use of innercare.org (the “Site”). Innercare is a California nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center located at 852 East Danenberg Drive, El Centro, CA 92243. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.
This page is not our staff SMS terms (a separate internal program for employees) and is not our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
The Site is informational only
innercare.org is an informational website. It is not an electronic health record (EHR). It is not a patient portal. It is not used to create, store, access, or retain patient medical records. Information on the Site about services, clinic locations, hours, programs, and similar topics is for general information. It is not medical advice and does not create a doctor–patient relationship.
If you have a medical emergency, call 911. For care, contact a clinic using the phone numbers published on the Site. Medical records are kept in Innercare’s separate clinical systems and are described in our Notice of Privacy Practices and on our HIPAA page.
Privacy
How the Site collects information (for example analytics, donations, and job or volunteer applications) is described in our Website Privacy Policy. That policy is not the HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
Donations, jobs, and volunteers
Online donations are processed by IATS Payments. Innercare is a 501(c)(3) organization (Federal Tax ID 95-2657324). Job and volunteer applications are submitted by email, fax, or mail as described on those pages—not through an EHR.
Accuracy and availability
We try to keep the Site accurate and available. Hours, services, and other details can change. The Site may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or technical reasons. Content is provided as-is.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Site to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse Innercare’s name or content. Innercare owns the text, logos, and other content we publish on the Site, except where a third party is credited.
Third-party tools and links
The Site may include a language translation widget, analytics, security tools, donation processing, and links to other websites (including social media and the patient portal). Those tools and sites have their own terms. Innercare is not responsible for content or practices of third-party sites.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Changes
We may update these Website Terms of Use. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. The current version will be posted at this URL.
