Digital accessibility
This website is designed to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which is the standard referenced for California state digital services and is consistent with federal Section 508 / WCAG expectations used in many federal reviews.
Design choices supporting that standard include:
- Dark navy and teal colors selected so body text and buttons meet a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1
- Skip link, visible keyboard focus, semantic headings, and captions on data tables
- Text alternatives on photographs
- Resizable text and a print-friendly layout

Privacy
Do not send Social Security numbers, medical records, or other sensitive personal information through the contact form. ERAS is the official application channel. Contact-form messages are emailed to FMGME@innercare.org so the GME office can respond to questions. Innercare’s patient privacy practices are described on innercare.org.
Accreditation and content disclaimer
The Innercare Family Medicine Residency Program is in the accreditation process and is not currently ACGME-accredited. Anticipated dates, class size, salary, benefits, and Match participation are subject to change. Publication of proposed salaries or an anticipated start date is not an offer of employment and does not guarantee that the program will match or enroll residents in a given year.
This website is for residency recruitment and public transparency. It does not provide medical advice and is not Innercare’s patient portal.
Innercare receives HRSA funding and has Federal Public Health Service deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
