Clinical learning
What residents will learn
Innercare’s Family Medicine Residency Program is designed to address the region’s need for primary care physicians. Residents will train in Federally Qualified Health Center and community-based clinical settings. The program emphasizes patient-centered, team-based care and prepares graduates to practice with confidence in rural and resource-limited settings.
Maternal, child, and family care
Training in maternal and child health and whole-family primary care for diverse, often Spanish-speaking communities.
Behavioral health and chronic disease
Behavioral health integration and chronic disease management for medically underserved patients, with CHWs and Promotoras.
