The Innercare Family Medicine Residency Program is being developed to prepare family physicians to serve rural and medically underserved communities across Riverside and Imperial Counties. Sponsored by Innercare, a Federally Qualified Health Center with deep community roots, the program will offer hands-on training in community-based settings where residents learn to care for the whole person, the whole family, and the whole community.
Residents will train in continuity care, population health, behavioral health integration, maternal and child health, chronic disease management, and care for medically underserved patients, with a rural track and three continuity clinics.

How to apply
A complete ERAS application is required. Applicants must be eligible for a California Postgraduate Training License and meet USMLE/COMLEX and institutional employment requirements.
Compensation
Proposed salaries matching Eisenhower: PGY-1 $74,499; PGY-2 $75,699; PGY-3 $79,799, plus medical, dental, vision, liability coverage, CME, and wellness leave.
